What is the difference between Sage 50 Premium and Quantum? ▾
Premium is aimed at small and medium businesses with up to 5 users. Quantum is the enterprise edition: it supports up to 40 users, has manufacturing modules and advanced cost management, and suits companies with a more complex operation. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will advise based on your volume.
What is the difference between Desktop and Cloud? ▾
Desktop installs locally on your server or computer; you keep full control of the data and it does not need internet to run. Cloud is hosted by the manufacturer on remote servers: you get in from anywhere with internet, but you pay a subscription and depend on the connection. Cloud includes automatic backup.
How many user licenses do I need? ▾
You buy the license for the number of people who will use the system at the same time. If you have 10 employees but only 3 are in Sage concurrently, you need a 3-user license. If you need advice, we help you size it.
How does electronic invoicing work with Sage 50 in Panama? ▾
Sage 50 integrates with electronic invoicing platforms authorized by Panama’s DGI, such as The Factory HKA.
