Depo24: know what is in the warehouse without walking over

Inventory for warehouses, hardware stores and job sites. Your staff dispatch from their phone, with or without signal. You see what left, where it went and what it cost, without calling anyone and without waiting until Monday.

  • Four taps to dispatch, whether or not the internet works
  • Recipient signature, with a printed receipt
  • Built in Panama, supported by the team that made it

Three things that happen in every warehouse

None of them gets fixed with more discipline. They get fixed by changing where the movement is recorded.

The system says 240 and the shelf holds 800

Someone dispatched and did not write it down, or wrote it in a notebook that got wet. The number stops being useful and people stop looking at it.

How we solve it

It is recorded where it happens: in the aisle, on a phone, in four taps. With no signal it is stored and uploads by itself.

Who took the forty bags?

Nobody remembers, and the one person who knows is out on a job site. The argument ends with someone looking bad, and no proof either way.

How we solve it

Every handover is signed on screen and produces a receipt with the name, the time and the signature of whoever received it.

The cement ran out on a Tuesday

With the site truck waiting and the supplier three days out. Nobody noticed there were thirty bags left on Friday.

How we solve it

It warns you ahead, with the maths done: 274 go out per week, 240 are left, that lasts until Friday.

What makes Depo24 different

It is not one more inventory system with the screen shrunk down for a phone.

Four taps to dispatch

From any phone, standing up and wearing gloves. Big buttons, no menus and no long passwords.

Works without signal

Whatever is dispatched in a warehouse with no coverage is stored on the phone and uploads by itself. It is booked on the date it happened, not the date it reached the server.

Signature and receipt

Whoever receives signs on screen. Out comes a receipt with name, time and signature, and the balance has already changed.

Where the material went

Broken down by job site, with internal consumption and waste alongside. It is the number no generic inventory system gives you.

Three-way matching

Purchase order, goods receipt and supplier invoice reconciled against each other, with per-line taxes exactly as they appear on the paperwork. The discrepancy is recorded, not buried.

FIFO costing with landed cost

Freight and import charges are prorated across the goods. That is why the system can explain why this bag cost 4.87 and not 4.50.

Warehouse staff never see prices

They log in by scanning the QR code at their location and entering a four-digit PIN, like at an ATM. No user account, no email, and not a single cost figure.

Running the same day

If you have your inventory in a spreadsheet, it imports in ten minutes. If you do not, twenty items are enough to start dispatching.

Two applications in one

The office and the warehouse do not need the same things, so they do not see the same things.

In the office

  • What happened while you were away, in one sentence
  • Stock by location in real time
  • Purchasing, goods receipts and invoice reconciliation
  • Requisitions from the job site
  • Closing reports and stock ledger by location

In the warehouse

  • Login by location QR code and PIN
  • Scan the manufacturer barcode or your own shelf label
  • Big buttons, usable with gloves on
  • Offline queue that uploads itself when coverage returns
  • Shifts with a log and an end-of-day close

For several sites

  • Several warehouses and job sites in one account
  • Transfers between locations with full traceability
  • Permissions per person and per section
  • Spanish and English, light and dark mode
  • Your data exportable whenever you want

Built at Solutech

It came from watching real warehouses, not from a logistics textbook

The inventory systems on offer assume things that do not hold in a Panamanian warehouse: that there is signal everywhere in the building, that the warehouse clerk has a corporate email address, that someone will sit down at the end of the day and key in the day’s movements.

Depo24 starts from the opposite. The record happens in the aisle, at the moment, from a phone that may have no data. Everything else — costing, reconciliation, reporting — is built on top of that one figure being captured properly.

Shares a platform with Pase24

Depo24 runs on the same infrastructure as Pase24, our platform for HOA management. For a property manager already using Pase24, adding warehouse inventory does not mean another provider, another invoice or another login.

Frequently asked questions about Depo24

Is Depo24 a Solutech product or something you resell?

It is our own product. We build all of it, and it shares a platform with Pase24, our platform for HOA management. That means we handle the support, the improvements and the roadmap directly.

There is no signal in my warehouse. Does it still work?

Yes — it is one of the things we worked hardest on. The phone stores everything and uploads it when the signal comes back, even hours later. Your staff do not have to do anything, and before they leave they can see on screen how much is still pending upload. A Monday dispatch that syncs on Wednesday is booked on Monday.

What kind of business is it for?

It is built for building material warehouses, hardware stores, construction firms with active sites, and any operation moving physical inventory between a warehouse and several destinations. It works the same for a single-warehouse depot as for a construction firm with sites spread out.

What does the warehouse clerk have to learn?

Four screens. Open the shift with a code and a PIN, scan or search the item, count and choose, and whoever receives signs. There are no menus to explore and no settings to touch. It is designed to be used standing up, one-handed, with gloves on.

What does it cost and what plans are there?

The current plans are on depo24.net, with the detail of what each one covers by number of warehouses and people. There is a 30-day trial with no card, we do not charge a setup fee, installation or migration of the spreadsheet you already have, and there is no minimum term.

Can I take my data with me if I stop using it?

Yes, whenever you want and in a file. It is an explicit position of the product: if Depo24 stops being useful to you, your inventory data is still yours and it comes out complete.

Does it integrate with my accounting system?

Depo24 runs independently and needs no integration to operate. Since we also work with Sage 50 in Panama, if your accounting lives there we can look at connecting the month-end close. Let us talk through the specific case.

How long does it take to get going?

If you have your inventory in a spreadsheet, it imports in ten minutes and you can dispatch that same day. If you do not, you start with twenty items and the rest gets loaded by scanning as it comes up. There is no implementation project in between.

Is your warehouse still running on a spreadsheet and a notebook?

Depo24 could be dispatching in your warehouse this week. Let us talk and understand your operation.
