It includes the diagnosis, fixing the problem, tuning the system, and recommendations to improve the machine’s performance.
Can I be present during the service? ▾
Yes. You can be there the whole time while we work on your machine, and we explain what we are doing if you want.
What if the machine cannot be repaired? ▾
We tell you during the diagnosis, with no obligation. If you decide to replace it, we advise you on the purchase and migrate your data.
Do you work with every brand? ▾
Yes. We work with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI and more. On Apple machines we provide software support, but we do not do hardware repairs.
Can you speed up my computer during the visit? ▾
Yes. We assess the machine and may recommend upgrades such as an SSD or more memory, which improve performance significantly.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
Yappy, bank transfer, ACH and card. We go over the options when the service is finished.
Do you offer a warranty on the service? ▾
Yes. Every job includes a functionality warranty. If the problem persists within the period, we look at it again at no extra cost.
Is it safe to hand over my computer or let a technician in? ▾
Yes. We work with complete professionalism and confidentiality. You can supervise the work at all times, and we do not access your personal information.
