A Solutech product

Odentiva: the whole dental practice in one system

Patients, medical history, scheduling, odontogram and quotes. Dental practice management software built by Solutech, designed around how clinics actually work in Latin America.

  • Scheduling by operatory and dentist, without overlaps
  • PDF quotes ready to send over WhatsApp
  • Genuinely multi-clinic, with data isolated per site

Why it exists

A patient’s record should not be scattered across five places

In most clinics the medical history sits in a folder, the schedule in a notebook or Google Calendar, the odontogram on a photocopied sheet, the quotes in Word and the signed consent forms in a filing cabinet. Each one works; together, they do not.

The real cost is not the mess: it is that nobody has the full picture of the patient at the moment they sit in the chair. The allergy is written down — in the folder that stayed at the other location.

Odentiva pulls all of that into a single record, with the schedule on top and the quote coming straight out of the same odontogram the dentist just marked up.

What it includes

Everything below is in production today, not on the roadmap.

Patient record with medical history

Anamnesis, systemic conditions, allergies and medication. If something needs care, the record flags it before the dentist starts.

Scheduling by operatory and dentist

List, chair-grid and week views, with overlap control. Reschedule, confirm or cancel without breaking anyone else’s day.

Tooth-by-tooth odontogram

Recorded per tooth and per surface, with FDI or Universal notation depending on the practitioner, and the full history of each tooth over time.

Quotes with PDF and WhatsApp delivery

Quotes with the odontogram, per-line taxes and configurable numbering. Four PDF templates in the clinic’s colors, ready to send over WhatsApp.

Public micro-site and self-scheduling

Each clinic gets a public page where patients request appointments. The request goes through human approval, so the calendar never fills itself with what it should not.

Consent forms signed on screen

Editable templates, on-screen signature, a PDF with the wording frozen exactly as it was signed, and public verification of the document.

Roles and permissions by profile

Administrator, dentist, receptionist and assistant see different things. Reception schedules without reaching the detail of the medical history.

Genuinely multi-clinic

Several locations in one account, with each clinic’s data isolated from the others. Anyone working at two picks one on the way in, without switching systems.

It grows with you; it does not force you to start big

The same system serves a single-chair practice and a group with several locations.

Independent dentist

The whole record in one place, without paying for modules built for a twenty-chair clinic. It installs as an app on your phone and your computer.

Clinic with several practitioners

A shared schedule by operatory, permissions by role, and quotes carrying the clinic’s identity. Everyone sees their own.

Group with several locations

One account, several clinics, separate data. The overview panel shows usage per location without mixing patient information.

Built at Solutech

Built with a clinic inside it, not with a focus group

Odentiva is developed alongside a clinic that uses it every day. The design decisions do not come from guessing how a dentist works: they come from watching where they get stuck, which field they never fill in, and which screen they open twenty times a day.

That also defines what it does not have. A dental system can fill up with features that demo well and never get used. We would rather what is there be properly solved.

Support in your language, real hours

No tickets climbing through tiers and no answers arriving at the wrong time because of a time difference.

Emails carrying the clinic’s identity

Confirmations and reminders go out with the clinic’s name and colors, with the calendar invitation attached.

Real isolation between clinics

The separation of data is in the database, not in the interface. One location cannot reach another’s information.

Frequently asked questions about Odentiva

Is Odentiva a Solutech product or do you resell it?

It is our own product. The Solutech team in Panama builds it, from the database to the interface. It started as a modern alternative to the dental management systems that dominate the Latin American market.

Is it for a solo dentist or only for large clinics?

Both. The architecture is multi-clinic, but that does not force anyone to pay for complexity they do not use: an independent practitioner works with their own single-location clinic and sees a simple interface. When they grow, they do not change systems.

What do I need to install?

Nothing. Odentiva runs in the browser and can be installed as an app on Windows, Mac, Android or iPhone without going through an app store. The data lives in the cloud, so the patient record is available from the practice or from home.

Can patients book appointments themselves?

Yes. Each clinic has a public micro-site where patients request appointments against the availability you publish. The request does not go straight into the schedule: it goes through the clinic’s approval, with bot protection, so nobody fills the calendar with fake appointments.

How is patient clinical data protected?

Each clinic is isolated at the database level, not just in the interface: a query from one clinic cannot reach another’s data even if someone tries. Documents and images live in storage with per-clinic permissions, and every creation or change to a record is logged.

What languages is it in, and does it work outside Panama?

It is in Spanish and English, and it validates identity documents and phone numbers by country. The pilot clinic operates in Venezuela and the product is aimed at Latin America generally, not only the Panamanian market.

What does it cost?

The current plans are on odentiva.com, organized by clinic size and the modules you need. You can try it before deciding; if you would rather we walk you through the initial setup, get in touch and we will arrange it.

Can I migrate the data I have in another system?

It depends on the format you can export from your current system. If you can get the patient list and their basic details out, we load it. Detailed clinical history from closed systems is sometimes not exportable, and in that case it is better to run in parallel for a while. We assess it before you commit to anything.

Is your clinic still running on paper folders and a paper diary?

Let us talk about how your clinic would look in Odentiva. No commitment and no sales pitch.
