Which Microsoft 365 plan does my company need? ▾
For most small and medium companies in Panama, Microsoft 365 Business Standard is the one we recommend: it includes the full Office apps, business email on Exchange, Teams for meetings, SharePoint and OneDrive. If you only need email and Teams without desktop apps, Business Basic is cheaper. If you want only the Office apps without email, Apps for Business. If you are unsure, message us and we will advise you with no obligation.
What is the difference between Business Standard and E3? ▾
Business Standard is capped at 300 users and covers everything a small business needs. E3 is aimed at organizations with no user cap and adds advanced security, compliance, device management (Intune) and more granular policies. If you have fewer than 300 employees and do not handle extremely sensitive data, Business Standard is usually enough.
Do the prices shown include ITBMS? ▾
Microsoft 365 is exempt from ITBMS (Panamanian VAT) as an intangible digital service, under the cloud services category. The prices shown are final, per user per month with annual billing.
Can I pay monthly instead of annually? ▾
By default Microsoft 365 is billed annually. We offer monthly billing to clients with 10 or more users, where the volume justifies the extra administrative work. For 1–9 users we recommend paying annually, or using Microsoft’s own card payment option.
What does the rollout service you charge separately include? ▾
The license is only the subscription. Separately we quote: initial tenant configuration, user and group creation, migration from your current email provider, Teams and SharePoint setup, end-user training and security policy configuration. The scope depends on your case and is agreed before we start.
Can I use Copilot with Microsoft 365? ▾
Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a separate add-on that requires a base Microsoft 365 license (Business Standard, E3 or E5). If Copilot interests you, let us talk it through and see whether your case justifies it, and quote the add-on.
Can I migrate from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365? ▾
Yes, we migrate from Google Workspace, Gmail, cPanel, Zimbra, Zoho Mail and other providers to Microsoft 365. We migrate historical mail, calendars, contacts and files. Downtime is usually minimal and scheduled outside business hours.
What happens to my data if I stop paying for Microsoft 365? ▾
Microsoft keeps your data for up to 90 days after expiry before deleting it. During that window you can reactivate the subscription or export your information. We warn you ahead of time so renewal never comes as a surprise.
