A company whose clients stay
We are a company focused on IT services for homes and businesses. We operate out of Panama City, with nationwide coverage for remote support.
We started out mostly doing on-site repairs. Over the years we added what clients kept asking for: remote support for when we could not get there, antivirus with genuine licenses, and eventually Microsoft 365 migrations, once email stopped being a formality and became critical infrastructure.
Today we work with a team of professionals who keep their skills current. But what sets us apart is not the technical knowledge — that is the baseline. It is how we treat people. When someone calls, a person answers. When there is a problem, we explain it the way we would to a relative. And when something goes wrong, we fix it.

Real diagnoses, not inflated ones. If you do not need to replace something, we say so. If you do, we explain why.
Personal attention
We are not a call center. The technician who diagnoses is the one who fixes it, and you have their direct WhatsApp if the problem comes back.

Solutech as a software house. With four multi-tenant SaaS products in production (Pase24, Depo24, Odentiva and Yeli) and custom development for clients, we consolidate our transition from IT services to a software company with technical support.
