Do you build custom towers or only sell brand-name ones? ▾
Both. For companies a brand-name tower from Dell, HP or Lenovo is usually better for warranty and support. For power users, design or gaming we also build custom configurations.
Does it include monitor, keyboard and mouse? ▾
The tower is sold on its own by default, but we can put together complete bundles with monitor, keyboard, mouse and accessories to fit your budget.
Is installation and initial setup included? ▾
Yes. We hand over the machine installed, connected and ready to use. We configure Windows, basic software, antivirus, browser, email and whatever else the use calls for.
Do you deliver and install on site? ▾
Yes. We deliver, connect and verify the machine across Panama City. For other areas we can arrange shipping or installation subject to availability.
Does the computer come with a warranty? ▾
Yes. Every machine comes with a warranty. On top of that, we handle the process if it fails so you never deal with the manufacturer directly.
What happens if the machine fails? ▾
We assess the case, handle the warranty claim and follow up. In many cases we can lend you a working machine while it is resolved, especially for business clients.
Which is better: a brand-name desktop or a custom build? ▾
It depends on the use. For offices and companies we recommend brand-name machines for stability, warranty and support. For design, editing or gaming a custom build can be worth it.
Can you migrate my files from the old machine? ▾
Yes. We can move your documents, desktop, images and important files to the new machine, as long as the old drive is in good condition.
Do you handle corporate purchases? ▾
Yes. We handle corporate purchases with standard configurations, multi-machine deployment, domain and Microsoft 365 integration, and after-sales support.
