Mainly Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus and Acer. We can also source MSI or other brands to order. We recommend based on the use you need, not on the brand.
Do you keep laptops in stock or work to order? ▾
Both. We have models available and we can also bring in specific machines to order within a few days.
Is the initial setup included? ▾
Yes. We hand over the machine ready to use: basic software installed, email configured, updates applied and initial settings adjusted to your needs.
Do you deliver? ▾
Yes. We deliver and set up on site across Panama City. For other areas we arrange secure shipping.
Does the laptop come with a warranty? ▾
Yes. Every laptop comes with a warranty. On top of that, we handle the whole process if it fails, so you never have to deal with the manufacturer directly.
What if I have a problem with the laptop? ▾
We take care of everything. We assess the machine, handle the warranty claim and follow up. In many cases we can lend you a working machine while the case is resolved.
Do you take used machines as part payment? ▾
In some cases, yes. We assess your machine and tell you whether it counts toward a new laptop.
Can you help me choose the right laptop? ▾
Yes. We advise you based on your use: office, study, design, gaming or business. We keep you from overbuying or underbuying.
Do you work with companies? ▾
Yes. We handle corporate purchases with standard configurations, bulk deployment and integration with a domain or Microsoft 365.
Can I finance it or pay in installments? ▾
It depends on the case. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is available for that machine and payment method.
